buying a home - Zillow Real Estate Advice

If it was on the market and taken off, your options are really still the same; you can offer whatever you would like to offer, but there are still no guarantees the seller will accept the offer.

So probably more important for you to know is they don't have to sell it to you regardless of what it is you offer. ?Knowing they were interested in selling may be cause to pursue a purchase if you liked the home...but I wouldn't look to make any home purchase without a REALTOR involved.?

...and I'm not just saying that because "I are one", but the simple truth is when we are involved there is a full disclosure element that is expected that should always happen.
